 Srinagar, November 29 (KIP)- Javed Ahmad Tak Honorary Chairman Humanity Welfare Organisation HELPline expressed gratitude to Manoj Sinha,Lieutenant Governor of J&K, BVR Subramanyum IAS, Manoj Divedi IAS Secretary to Government General Administration Department the Chief Secretary of Government of J&K and Farooq Ahmad Khan Advisor to Lieutenant Governor of J&K for giving green signal to the formation of Expert Committee for Employment of persons with disabilities under RPWD Act 2016 and the Advisory Board for Safeguarding the Rights of persons with disabilities.

Both the orders available on the jkGAD website are the best gift on the eve of approaching World Disability Day on 3rd December - 2020, Both the orders have been a way forward to empower persons with Disabilities of Jammu & Kashmir.
The recruiting agencies are now bound to serve the accurate reservations in favour of persons with disabilities. All difficulties faced by the persons with disabilities could be now minimised to the maximum extent after these committees will start meeting and passing the recommendations.
Javed Ahmad Tak said that the Disability sector of J&K is highly obliged with these decisions and we extend high gratitude to all the stakeholders who took the efforts of such kind to empower the persons with disabilities.

Whole disability sector of J&K through Humanity Welfare organization HElpline expresses satisfaction and gratitude over the decision and requests the Lieutenant Governor Moanoj Sinha to direct all stakeholders to impement the Rights of persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and wet the rules of RPWD Act pending with Law Department since years. In rest of the Country the Disability Act has been enjoyed by the Disability Sector but Jammu Kashmir is the only place where persons with disabilities are not getting benefits of Rights of persons with Disabilities Act 2016
